Ross Y. Limjoco
Founder & Chairman
Ross is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience spanning various industries across domestic and international markets. Ross currently holds multiple leadership positions, including Founder and Managing Partner at Anchorage Assurance, a boutique audit firm, as well as Founder and Managing Director at Anchorage Consulting Private Limited, a comprehensive accounting, corporate secretarial and tax advisory firm.

Additionally, he spearheads Valuation Advisory Pte Ltd, a reputable boutique valuation firm, and Ntegrity Advisory Ltd, a corporate advisory firm, all based in Singapore. In the Philippines, Ross serves as the Founder and President of Anchorage Professional Consultancy, Inc., a prominent Business Process Outsourcing firm.

Never-ending quest for growth
Throughout his career, Ross has demonstrated proficiency in leading financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and pre and post IPO advisory services. His expertise extends to valuation and financial audits, as well as financial due diligence. Notably, Ross honed his skills during his tenure as an Audit Manager at SGV & Co (formerly a member firm of Arthur Andersen), where he later served on secondment to Arthur Andersen, Singapore.
Ross's Journey of Expertise, Leadership, and Impact
Subsequently, he continued his career at Arthur Andersen as an Audit Manager. Following this, he held a pivotal role at BDO LLP from 2003 to 2012, culminating in his position as Director of Business Transaction Services and Head of IPO and China Desk. His responsibilities encompassed financial audit, IPO advisory, and financial due diligence, among others.
From 2012 to 2014, Ross contributed his expertise as the Chief Financial Officer of PSL Holdings Limited, an esteemed engineering and construction services company. Transitioning to Nexia TS Advisory Pte Ltd in 2016, Ross assumed the role of Audit Director and Head of M&A until 2020, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor in the financial and advisory landscape. Additionally, Ross serves as the Technical Advisor to Shangyew PAC, where he continues to provide invaluable insights and guidance.

She started her professional journey at Sycip, Gores, Velayo & Co (SGV & Co) where she handled clients spanning various industries. Subsequently, she co-founded a local audit firm, where she served from 2001 to 2012, before launching her own sole proprietorship practice. Alongside her consulting and auditing roles for various companies, she broadened her expertise by taking on senior finance positions in the technology and investment sectors.
